The Nova Scotia Lifeguard Service supervises 24 beaches around the province during the summer months, starting July 1st through until the end of August. Lifeguards are on the beach 10 am-6 pm daily throughout the summer. The red and yellow flags designate the water where our Lifeguards are actively supervising. Make sure you swim between the flags!
